2.The tool detection device can automatically input the tool tip position data into the NC system, greatly reduce the setting time when changing the tool, and automatically compensate the wear of the tool tip.

3.The inclined bed CNC lathe adopts domestic or imported high rigid horizontal turret tool rest, with high positioning accuracy and small re cutting deformation.

4.Standard configuration: spindle stepless speed regulation, hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, horizontal eight station tool rest, closed protection.

5.The inclined bed CNC lathe adopts the overall inclined bed structure, which can still maintain the stability of machine tool accuracy during re cutting.

6.The x-axis and z-axis servo motors are directly connected with the precision ball screw through the elastic coupling, with high precision. The two ends of the lead screw are fixed, which improves the support stiffness of the support seat and reduces the distortion and deformation of the lead screw caused by frequent high-speed positioning and re cutting.

7.High precision and high rigidity programmable tailstock.

8.In the design of inclined bed CNC lathe, the spindle box adopts corresponding measures to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle, so that the relative stability of the spindle axis can be maintained when the spindle works for a long time.
