Process analysis:

 

  • 1. Due to the high stress and wear resistance of the plunger, there are requirements for the metallographic structure and chemical composition of the material.
  • 2. Normalize the material to eliminate stress, improve the internal structure of the material and improve the processing performance.
  • 3. The fitting clearance requirements of 0.005 ~ 0.008 are very strict. During processing, matching should be adopted. First make a plug sleeve, and then process the plunger parts to match it. In order to ensure material stability and reduce deformation, cold treatment shall be carried out after quenching. After cleaning, conduct cooling treatment at - 60 ~ 80 ℃ for 2 hours, and then conduct tempering treatment for no more than 4 hours.
  • 4. Because the center hole cannot be reserved, the process boss shall be reserved during blanking, and the size of both ends shall be extended by 8 ~ 10mm
  • 5. Because the verticality requirement of 0.006 is relatively high, high-precision grinder is used for processing. Sufficient coolant is required during processing to prevent parts from overheating. The final dimension measurement is carried out in a room with a constant temperature of 20 ℃.
  • 6. Parts φ Fillet the 17x3mm groove bottom to avoid cracks.
  • 7. Cylindricity measurement: place the workpiece on the V-block and measure it with a micrometer.

  • 8. The perpendicularity needs to be checked with optical measurement.
